Celebrating 103 Years!

103bday

On July 12, 1912, YNB opened its doors for the first time to the growing city of Yukon! John F. Kroutil wanted his own bank in order to speed up payments to farmers from whom he purchased grain for the Yukon Mill. He also wanted a bank that was friendly to all people, willing to make loans for needed farm equipment, or to purchase a home or a vehicle, or even a new herd of cattle.

It’s 103 years later and many things have changed, but our founding principles haven’t. The Wright-Kroutil family has protected these principles throughout the bank’s history and the ability to provide the best service possible to our customers was and will always be our most important accomplishment.

The Wright-Kroutil family would like to invite you to celebrate with us! Visit any of our bank locations on July 9th and enjoy refreshments and giveaways! On the evening of July 9th, we’d like you to join us as YNB sponsors the Yukon Concert in the Park series at 7pm featuring Country Core. More refreshments will be provided and attendees will be able to enter their name to win prizes throughout the evening!

As we celebrate our 103rd anniversary with you, we want to thank you for your support and friendship over the years. We know our customers are our greatest assets and our employees and customers are what make us a great community bank.
