Update March 16th, 2020
YNB is reaching out to its valued customers to assure you that we are monitoring the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19 virus). As more information is received from our Local, State and Federal Government we will be reviewing our Pandemic Planning and adjusting as needed.
YNB would like to assure customers that along with our regularly scheduled cleanings of all YNB facilities management is encouraging all personnel to follow CDC guidelines when it comes to health and cleanliness of their workstations. YNB is encouraging frequent hand washing and sanitizing. Anyone showing symptoms such as cold, sore throat, runny nose, fever (must be fever free for 24 hours), etc., are encouraged to stay home.
While “social distancing” has been strongly urged; YNB would like to do our part to aide in this by encouraging customers to visit YNB’s drive thru locations, the YNB website at www.ynbok.com or access their banking information through the YNB mobile app. YNB will also be opening up our “Night Deposit” drop boxes for customers who do not wish to come into the lobby during normal business hours. As always, we are accepting telephone calls from customers who wish to speak directly to a YNB representative.
As information changes we will be updating our staff and customers as soon as possible. Notices will be posted on the YNB Bank doors, drive thru locations, YNB website and/or notices will be sent if the situation arises. YNB strongly encourages customers to be vigilant of scams and cyberattacks during this time.
