Charlotte is a long time resident of Mustang. She came to YNB in 2009 as the Switchboard Operator and Safe Deposit Attendant. Despite her first experience in banking, Charlotte quickly became an expert in many areas of banking including safe deposit boxes, card services and deposit account collections and recovery.
