Kathy has been a resident of Oklahoma City for the past 9 years. She came to YNB Main in 2008 as the Switchboard Operator and Safe Deposit Attendant. Despite being new to banking, she quickly became an expert in all areas of banking at YNB. So much so that after two years she moved to YNB’s Customer Service Department as a Customer Service Representative, her current position. YNB customers can count on Kathy to help them with any need they may have with their accounts. She always delivers friendly and efficient service and works extremely hard to resolve every issue that comes her way as quickly as possible.
