Eligiblity Requirements for Overdraft Services

Initial Eligibility

Overdraft Services are automatically available with a preset overdraft limit for your consumer-owned checking accounts if the following requirements are met:

• Your account has been open for 30 days
• Your account has not had an overdraft during the last 30 days
• Your account has had deposits of $500 or greater during the last 30 days
• The primary owner of the account must be at least 18 years of age
• You do not have a loan with YNB that is past due 45 days or greater
• Your account does not have a linked Checkmagic

Continued Eligibility

The following requirements must continue to be met to retain your Overdraft Services:

• Your account balance is brought positive for one full day at least once every 30 days
• The primary owner of the account must be at least 18 years of age
• You do not have a loan with YNB that is past due 45 days or greater
• Your account does not have a linked Checkmagic
